1. Delivery Timelines
- Major Cities: Deliveries to Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad take 2 to 3 working days.
- Other Cities & Regions: Deliveries to the rest of Pakistan take 3 to 5 working days.
- Order Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 199 applies to all orders under Rs. 3,000.
- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard delivery nationwide on all orders of Rs. 3,000 or above.
3. Payment & Delivery Verification
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay with cash directly to the courier agent when your package arrives.
- Prepaid Orders: Securely pay via Visa, Mastercard, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa.
- Confirmation Call: For COD orders, our team may call or WhatsApp you to verify your address before dispatching the shipment.
4. Order Tracking
- Tracking Link: As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email.
- Real-Time Updates: You can use this number on our courier partner’s website to track your parcel’s live status.
5. Damaged or Missing Shipments
- Inspection: Please check the external packaging before accepting the parcel.
- Issues: If the flyer or box looks visibly torn, open, or severely damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately at ravajbazar@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at 0302-1848722.
