At RavajBazar, we want you to shop with absolute peace of mind. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a hassle-free return and refund process.
1. Return Window
- Duration: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Late Requests: Items reported after 7 days are unfortunately not eligible for a return or exchange. Also fragile, burnable or electronic items will not be replaced.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in its original, undamaged brand packaging or box.
- Tags: All product tags, labels, and protective seals must remain intact and attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original invoice or order confirmation number.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following categories cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged:
- Cosmetics & Skincare: Any makeup, skincare, or personal care products that have been opened or unsealed.
- Innerwear & Undergarments: Strictly non-returnable due to hygiene regulations.
- Clearance/Sale Items: Items purchased during “Final Sale” or clearance events.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Reach out to our support team via WhatsApp at 0302-1848722 or email us at ravajbazar@gmail.com.
- Provide Details: Share your Order ID, images of the product, and a brief reason for the return.
- Approval: Once our team reviews and approves your request, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
- Shipping Back: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse in Lahore. (Note: Shipping charges are covered by RavajBazar if the return is due to our error, such as a faulty or incorrect item).
5. Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email/SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Refund Methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3 to 5 working days.
- Prepaid Orders (Visa/Mastercard): Refunded back to your original payment card within 7 to 10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
